  • I was very sad to hear of Ralph's passing. I was his direct neighbor in his apartment block for 10 years. I moved away about 2 years ago and was always thinking of him. When covid arrived, that ended any chance of seeing him again. He was very helpful with any issues regarding car problems, apartment concerns etc. We even went downtown together onetime to complain about the increased rent ! I met his son a number of times and he was also very polite. Very sorry for your loss. RIP Ralph - Posted by: Jim Humphreys (Previous neighbor) on: Nov 21, 2020

  • Always appreciated Ralph's kind caring...if we had a medical question, he always answered honestly and in a helpful way from his experience. We are very sorry for his difficult times especially over the past few months. And we offer our love and condolences to you all, Liz, Alex, Taylor and Lizzie, as you miss your dad and friend. Big hugs from us, Greg and Sylvia - Posted by: sylvia russell (friend) on: Nov 21, 2020

  • I'm sorry to hear it. I ran into him last spring, 2019, at Unicity, and he mentioned he was going to get checked out, that he had an issue with his lung he was worried about. He was a longtime friend, who I met at Silver Heights Collegiate, and spent many years hanging around with, either with motorcycles or at the bar, at a common table with a whole group of the same people, which was almost nightly at one point in time, lol, or camping trips with the group we hung around with. We drifted apart at life took over, but we'd run into each other at least a few times a year. He was working at Deer Lodge Centre when my day was in there. I'll miss him, even though we hadn't hung together in many many years. My condolences to his family. He was a very good guy. - Posted by: Tim Deacon (Longtime friend) on: Nov 21, 2020
