JOSE CARLOS MEDEIROS
He leaves to mourn, wife Maria; and their four sons, Ricardo, Julian (Monica), Kevin, and Steven (Jean); grandchildren, Donavin, Julianna, Stella, Felipa and Xavienna. He is also survived by his sisters, Donna, Lurdes and Maria; and his brothers, Joao, Luis and Mario. Joe was predeceased by his father, Joao; his mother, Maria Natalia and sister, Olivia.
Joe was born on May 24, 1960, in Ponta Delgada, Açores, Portugal. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. He was a very diligent, and responsible man who had a thriving and strong work ethic. He always wanted the very best for everyone and made sure all ends were met for his family. To know Joe, was to love him and be loved by him. He always had an ear to listen to you, a story to tell, a word of wisdom to share, and a joke to tell. We can't count the moments where he has helped many people and all the memories that were made with everyone. He is well-known in the Portuguese community, and worked in the construction industry for many years in Winnipeg. He will truly be missed.
