(nee OTTENBREIT)
April 28, 1951 – November 4, 2020
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Donna Elaine O'Connell on November 4, 2020. Donna was taken away too quickly and will be sorrowfully missed.
Remaining to forever cherish her memory is her loving daughter, Calista Stuttard; her grandchildren, Zoe and Rielle Stuttard in Australia; siblings, brother James Ottenbreit; sisters, Joanne Fredericks and Terry Ward, extended family, Steve Ward, James Fredericks, Hugh Koroland, Randy Williams; numerous nieces and nephews.
Donna was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and grew up in Elmwood. She attended Elmwood High School. She worked as a taxi driver for 21 years at Duffy's Taxi, as well as courier for Zipper for many years. She finished her driving career as a shuttle driver for McPhillips Street Station casino. Donna made many friends along her way, she was always willing to be there for others first. She touched many lives with her kind heart and beautiful smile and spirit.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private family celebration at a later date.
Donna will be together once more with parents, Ida and Gerald Ottenbreit and her late sisters, Sandy and Darlene and loving brother Dennis.
Bless to all that can take that one moment to embrace the beautiful soul she was and always will be.
