EDWARD RUDOLPH SHEWCHOOK
August 23, 1943 - October 29, 2020

Edward Rudolph Shewchook, with his wife's arms around him, passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital on October 29, 2020, after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife Linda, son Jason Sr. (Laura) and children, Jason Jr., Edward Jr., and Zoey; daughters, Lisa (son Spencer) and Stacy (children, Josh, Savannah, Zoey and Jasmine); brother Glen (Renata) (children, Tommy and Angela); brother-in-law Ed Feschuk (Diane) (children, Billy and Dawna).
Ed was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Mary Shewchook; sister Diane and nephew Dwayne.
He was a dedicated C.P. Railway employee for over 40 years.
He will be remembered for his unfailing cheerfulness and unique sense of humour.
He lived to spend every free time with Jason Jr. and considered raising Spencer to adulthood as a proud achievement.
Ed's heart was always in the right place at all times for everyone.
He had a lot of love for his large extended family and many good friends.
Funeral service will be held at Calvary Temple Church on November 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. Access to service is through the Calvary Temple Winnipeg website (CTWinnipeg.com) or Google.
Celebration of Ed's life will be held on August 23, 2021. Details to follow.
