• I am so sad of finding out in todays Wpg newspaper of my dear friend Hershel's passing. He and Annette were childhood friends and we were in touch even during my moving to Vancouver in 2010, and their last move from Windsor to Toronto.To Hershel's family, our deepest sympathy on the loss of your beloved husband, father and grandfather, as well as Uncle and friend. • Dear Laura & Deborah & families & Lazar families: On behalf of the Rubinfelds, I want to say how sorry we (Sandy, Renee & Andi) are about the loss of your dad & uncle, Hershel. I just learned about it when looking at today's Free Press. Your parents had a special relationship with our parents (our dad's nickname was also Hershel); it goes way back - your mom was our mom's maid of honour at her wedding. We have fond memories of your parents & our families when your family came to Winnipeg for visits. I'm sure you will cherish the memories of your dad.
