ROBERT (BOB) STANLEY BURGESS
March 6, 1933 - November 28, 2020
Predeceased by his parents, Cyril and Liliun Burgess; his sister Joan Van Sickle (Harvey Sr.), and his brother Peter Burgess (Lorraine); he leaves behind his daughters, Linda Ruppel (Larry), Brahmina Burgess, Bernadine Burgess, and Alexandra Burgess; and his six grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and loyal friends.
Although Bob was known as a successful entrepreneur, notably president of Northern Messenger Inc., he will be fondly remembered for his wit, story-telling, and inexhaustible generosity and kindness.
The family would like to thank the staff at Revera Evergreen Retirement Residence in Calgary for their excellent care of Bob in his final days.
