Oricat de lunga, viata unui om este ca floarea campului si ca roua diminetii. Regret ca nu am avut ocazia sa ne cunostem mai bine si acum e prea tarziu. Rest in peace domnul Grindean. - Posted by: dan ulici (friend from the romanian church) on: Dec 07, 2020

Condolences to the family. I remember John fondly as a serious but friendly guy who danced to beat of his own drum. He liked to engage in worldly or political conversations, and he would chuckle on occasions when he poured an ounce of drink, that almost knocked your socks off. I was amazed to watch my neighbor confidently trying new things, a reno on his house, a smokehouse in his back yard, growing tobacco, growing mushrooms. I certainly admired his strength and determination. Peace be with you John. - Posted by: Patrice (Dardi) Land (former neighbor) on: Dec 05, 2020

Our deepest condolences to you all. Our son had the greatest respect for John coming here from Romania and building their life here starting with very little. God Bless! Love Candyce & Don - Posted by: Candyce & Don Hawkins (parents of Jason) on: Dec 05, 2020
