ALLAN DOUGLAS POAPST

Today, like every day, that has passed, we
remember our Dad with love in our hearts. Even though a year has gone by, we hold close to us cherished memories of you, along with all others, whose lives you've touched. We find comfort in knowing that you are at peace. We will forever remember you with that huge smile on your face, the kind that lit up the room.

Christmas was one of your favourite holidays, from stringing tinsel and hiding the "one" old fashioned Christmas light reflector on the back of your tree, which meant so much to you. I cherish these memories of our
Christmases together. I am proud to be your daughter and to have learned how special you were, not only to our family, but even to a stranger you have met during a brief interaction. I will always remember the pontoon rides at sunset, blaring the radio like you didn't have a care in the world. That was your happy place, forever you will sail on the
gorgeous glossy water. These are a few
precious memories I hold of you, there isn't enough paper in the world to share them all.
