(nee NAPHEGYI)
February 2, 1952 - December 1, 2020
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James; daughters, Nicole, Kimberly (Slava) Yurashchuk, grandsons, Maxim and Ryan Yurashchuk; sister Eva (Ken) Rawluk, brother Imre (Liz) Naphegyi, brother Bence (Ibolya) Naphegyi; sisters-in-law, Linda (Jerry) Penner, Moreen Storozuk; numerous nieces and nephews/great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Imre and Ilona Naphegyi, sister Orsolya Szilágyi.
In her youth Aniko was a member of the Kapisztrán Dance Ensemble. She was actively involved in Girl Guides for over 30 years, and a member of the Trefoil Guild. She worked at Safeway for 42 years where she made many long-lasting friendships.
She will be fondly remembered by so many for her kind and gentle nature, and willingness to always lend a hand. We love her and will miss her so much.

Jim and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked for many years with Aniko many years ago. Would stop and chat if I ran into her at Safeway. Always was greeted with a warm smile from Aniko. She had an innate ability of making people feel like they mattered. She was a kind and tolerant person and treated everyone with respect. You've left a void in all our lives.
