JUDITH (JUDY) MAGUET
(nee FINNEY)
December 5, 1942 - December 19, 2020
She leaves to mourn her dedicated and loving husband of 57 years, Rene; and her children, Sharon (Kevin), Nicole (John), Liane (Bert), Derek (Yvonne) and Charles (Nicole); nine grandchildren; Scott, Daniel, Tyler, Reiss (Hailey), Ashley (Dylan), Brenden, Nikko (Brianna), Sheldon and Rowyn; and four great-grandchildren.
Judy was predeceased by her parents, Larus and Louise Finney.
Judy was a loving, kind, generous and supportive wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Judy was always welcoming and accepting of others. She loved to be around her family, hosting many gatherings, she was an amazing cook. The past six years were difficult following a stroke that left her partially paralyzed. That did not break her spirit and she was very well taken care of and supported by her husband Rene.
Cremation has taken place and a private prayer service is being held. A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date in 2021 when we can all safely come together in St. Amelie Manitoba, where she will be laid to rest alongside her mother and father.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
