1933 - 2020
Harold "Hal" John Graham, known for his devoted work as a good and faithful servant, left us to meet his Lord on December 15, 2020.
Harold was beloved husband to Eveline "Ev"; father to Michael (Marlyss), Diane (Tim), Robert (Romana), Joanne (Ian),
Stephen (Andréa), and Christopher (Kirsten); grandfather to eleven and great-grandfather to ten.
With the RCAF, Hal crossed the world,
serving in Canada's first peacekeeping
mission and retiring as Lt. Colonel in 1976. In 1977, he led the Air Cadet Camp in Penhold, AB.
Hal's true calling came as he was ordained to the Permanent Deaconate in 1976. He served at St Paul's High School, the
Archdiocese of Winnipeg, and St. Ignatius and Our Lady of Perpetual Help parishes.
Hal spent his golden years in Winnipeg
before settling in Alberta with daughter Joanne. Hal was always surrounded by
people who loved and cared for him. His
servant heart never changed and he will be missed.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St.
Albert Catholic Parish on December 30, 2020.

My deepest condolences to The Family and friends of Hal. Hal was deacon at St Ignatius Parish. He was such a kind, caring person. Hal and his wife Ev were inspiring to me. I remember at Mass I was Minister of the Eucharist and after communion was served I was left quite a bit of the Blood of Christ to consume in the cup. Hal so quietly came up to me and said “would you like me to finish this dear.” I was so grateful that he offered. Comfort and peace to Hal’s loved ones Prayers for you Hal. - Posted by: Carol Lawrence (Former parishioner ) on: Jan 03, 2021
