How could we begin to describe the depth of your life, the extent of your reach during your time with us? We continue to bump into people that you taught. You may have taught them about literature or poetry or choral singing or Ukrainian dancing. But, without fail, your influence on the lives of those you taught was remarkable. Your influence upon us, your extended family and your friends, was and continues to be incredible. Although your time with us was brief, the depth of your life was extraordinary. What matters is the legacy one leaves. Your legacy of love for words and learning and music and dance has carried on. Your legacy of compassion for others has been passed on. Your legacy of love for family will live on. How we miss you. We know how blessed we were, as siblings, to have you as our brother. It is important to remember and we do, especially when we see a sun shower: "happy yet tears."
