GEORGINA GAIL HARMON
January 13, 1952 - January 2, 2021

After a lengthy illness, Georgina (Georgie) passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital.
Georgina leaves to mourn and cherish her memory her sister Dianne, brother Wayne (Kathy), nephew Jeffrey (Candice), niece Melissa and extended family and friends.
Although she battled health issues most of her life, Georgina had tremendous strength and resilience. She had a lengthy career in the hospitality industry earning a loyal service and dedication award in 2010. She moved into Lions Place shortly after she retired where she enjoyed many activities and made many new friends.
Despite being deaf, Georgina was an outgoing and sociable person especially enjoying family gatherings and dinners. While she was not able to visit with her great nephew Lukas and great niece Olivia lately, she took great pleasure in keeping up to date with their many pictures and videos.
The family wishes to thank Dr. C. Ramsey, Dr. C. Bernstein, Dr. R. Singer, the staff at Health Sciences Centre GH4 and WRS3, Seven Oaks Hospital Unit 5A, St. Boniface ER and all Georgina's homecare workers for their compassionate are over the years.
According to Georgina's wishes she has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crohn's and Colitis Canada or Deaf Centre Manitoba Inc. in her memory.
