DELMAGE: Mark Steven passed away peacefully after his courageous and long battle with diabetes at the Assiniboine Centre, Brandon, MB, on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the age of 68 years. The family would like to thank the many Doctors and Nurses that cared for Mark over the last year. Due to Covid 19 restrictions a service to celebrate Mark's life will be held at a later date. Mark was a mentor and friend in my teen years. I joined the Air Cadet programe and he was there and nurtured my abilities. When he became the comanding officer he brought me an board as training officer and my wife (Rhonda) as admin officer. The leadership qualities that he instilled in me led to succesfull career.
