FATHER AGNELO CASIMIRO
VITAL PINTO
November 3, 1944 - January 9, 2021

Fr. Agnelo Pinto beloved brother of Michael, Antoinette Pinto Sequeira, Hilda Pereira and Applonia Pinto, passed away suddenly in British Columbia on January 9, 2021.
His cremated ashes will be delivered to the Archdiocese of St. Boniface for burial.
Due to COVID restrictions there will be no funeral at this time.
A celebration of Fr. Pinto's life is planned tentatively for May when circumstances permit to congregate again.

  • I am shocked to hear of Father Pinto’s sudden passing. He seemed so young and dynamic. I admired Father Pinto’s work in our community of St. Thomas More very much. He was an excellent eulogist, very wise and always approachable. I hope his family and friends realize what a fine person he was and how much he gave to those around him.
