ANTONIO AND OTILIA TAVARES
In loving memory of our parents
who both would have celebrated
a birthday in February.

Our father, Antonio Tavares, passed away on February 19, 1997, and our mother, Maria Otilia Tavares, passed away recently on November 17, 2020, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
Mom lived in Portugal the last year before passing. Her wish was to be buried with her husband in Ovar, Portugal, which took place on November 19, 2020. They are lovingly remembered by their children, Tony (Rosanna), Helen (Bill) and Lee (Mitch); and grandchildren, Justin, Jesse and Toni; and many nieces and nephews spread across Portugal, France and Winnipeg; and, of course, the many friends in the Portuguese and broader community.
