It's been three
years since we
unexpectedly had
to say goodbye.

We all miss you terribly, in our own way. Parker, now eight, says grandpa sees everything he sees in his eyes. You'd be proud of him. He talks about you all the time and wishes you were here to see his school marks, mini bike, the wave runner and how he likes spending time at the cottage. You were hoping to see how Parker has bonded with Dakota. Well, he did and even took care of him while grandma was in the hospital. He took up your sport of riding Arctic Cat Sleds, all decked out, and is already saving for his own!
As your wife, I did my best to finish up things you had left to be done at the condo. and cottage. Miss you greatly, like no one knows. As I promised, you will never be alone again. I have you here with me under the living room tree, until I'm ready to go lay you to rest. It didn't end the way we planned. And you tried so hard to stay with us, but now there's no more pain.
