CLAYTON LEE FRASER

We mournfully announce the passing of Clayton Lee Fraser at the age of 31. Clayton passed away on January 11, 2021, at 12:35 a.m., at St. Boniface Hospital, with his family at his side.
Born to parents, Guy Fraser and Marian Leclerc, at the Women's Pavilion Health Sciences Centre, he took his first breath on July 28, 1989. Clayton was soft-hearted and lovable with a infectious smile. He was raised in Transcona, where he attended school (Westview, John Gunn, and T.C.I). Clayton enjoyed playing sports such as pee-wee baseball, basketball and soccer and spending time outdoors getting into mischief with the entire neighbourhood. As an adult, Clayton cherished every moment spent with his handsome sons, Tayden and Noah, playing video games, wrestling and laughing uncontrollably. He also had a special bond with his beautiful niece Olivia whose smile always brightened his day. We are going to miss you so much Clayton.
Clayton is survived by his mother Marian, his sons, Tayden and Noah, sister Taylor (Jimmy, Olivia), brothers, Jason and Lyndon (Kayla, Aria), as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his father Guy, grandparents, Daniel and Berthe Fraser, Albert and Adeline Leclerc, uncles and aunts, Bob and Debbie Fraser, Emily and John Martin, Norma Fraser, Bill Magnusson, and cousin David Chartier, as well as many dear friends.
To Tayden and Noah, your dad loved you more than words can describe. Always remember your dad is beyond proud of the young men you are becoming, and know he will be with you forever in spirit.
Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announced once Covid restrictions are lifted.

  • My condolences to the Leclerc and Fraser families. I remember Clayton as a sweet, funny little boy running around my backyard. • I remember meeting Clayton and his older brother at Westview school. Those two boys were pretty awesome from what I remember back in those days. Especially Clayton's adorable smile and brown eyes. I will never forget him. I know it's been many years since I've seen him. My condolences to the family. Your spirit will live on through the years as we remember you forever. Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Amber McMullin (Schoolmates ) on: Jan 30, 2021

  • I don't really know where to start Clayton, I was blessed to know you and your family. We all spent a lot of time together in our younger days. You were always so kind to me. I remember your big smile and how it could light up the room. You were silly and always laughing and making jokes, which is what I really loved about you. You definitely knew how to stand out in a crowd. I'm saddened that we didn't get to reunite after so many years, it would have been nice to see you once last time. I know that God got to have another beautiful soul come home to heaven, and your family, now has another angel to protect, and watch over them as they continue their journeys on earth. May you be at peace with yourself Clayton, you were tremendously loved and missed by so many people. God bless, love Jess 🙏❤ - Posted by: Jessica Wiebe (Friend ) on: Jan 30, 2021
