  • I have had Carol on my mind for the past couple of months- thinking of our childhood out in the country in Durston District south of Dauphin. We had a lot of fun riding bareback on their horse Judy, picking strawberries in Waller's field, sliding down Kalinsky hill in the winter and riding the school bus to town. Her family had sheep and they all had names - I especially remember Scratchy . To this day I cannot eat lamb. Deepest sympathy to all of Carol's children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Dreena, brother Art and cousin Bobbie and the rest of her family and friends. • We were very sorry to hear about Carol's passing. Our condolences to your family. We had the pleasure of being across the street from Carol's motorhome, for several years, in Isla Blanca Park. She was a great hostess and often had "Happy Hours" at her campsite. Carol was full of life and loved to have a good time. We'll miss her. - Posted by: Pat and Frank Weiss (Friends) on: Feb 04, 2021
