November 1, 1946 – January 29, 2021

Indulis was born in Hanau, Germany, and immigrated to Canada in 1950. Nationality Latvian. Grew up primarily in Ontario. Joined the RCMP November 10, 1966, and was stationed in Manitoba for most of his career. Resided in Ottawa, ON, from 1988 until his retirement in September 1996. Returned to Winnipeg, MB, for final residence. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling, taking pictures and riding his electric bike.
Indulis was predeceased by his parents, Val and Agnes Baltkalns; and his in-laws, Tony and Stella Perih. He is survived by his brother Dainis; wife Millie; children, Amanda and Derrick; and granddaughters, Maryjane and Riane – who will miss his silent stories and "grumpy" attitude.

Until we can walk together once more...
enjoy your sunrises. Miss you, love you.

Cremation has taken place and he will be interred in Regina, SK, at the RCMP depot. There will be no service. A Celebration of Life will be held once restrictions have been lifted.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
