GEORGE HENRY MARTENS
December 30, 1930 - January 22, 2021
Dad was predeceased by his loving wife of 62 years, Ilene (Larter). He will be missed by his children, George, Cynthia (Cindee) De Groot (Jeff), Denyse Horner (Phil), Linda, and Michael (Sherry Schoor); grandchildren, Michael, Nycole, Alexander, Taylor, Samantha, Tyler, Conner, and Maxx; great-granddaughter Savannah; brother Dave (Ruth); sister Mary Lowen (Peter-deceased), sister-in-law Elsie (Jake) of Swan River MB; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He will be remembered always, with great love.
Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering is being planned. So very sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved dad Denyse. I don`t know if you remember me or not, but I used to work in the office at Kenora Association for Community Living way back when. I remember you very fondly, and Audrey Toews confirmed she worked with you at Charlie Mcleod Manor confirming you are in fact that same Denyse.
