PEARL PRODUN BINGHAM JONES

Peacefully on October 25, 2020, with her daughter reading scriptures to her, Pearl went home to be with her Lord and Saviour at the Victoria General Hospital.
Mom was deeply loved and will be missed by her daughter Katherine; son-in-law Gerry; cherished granddaughters, Rhiannon and Ashleigh; sister Judy (Cyril); nieces and nephews; and Peter's family in the UK, brother Tony (Jean); sister Caroline Byron; their families and her loving grandpets. She has gone to join her beloved husband Peter; parents, Michael and Katernya; brother Bill (Mary); sister Minnie Dunn (Bob); sister Margaret Reekie (Jim); niece Colleen Reekie; sister-in-law Pat Jones; brother-in-law Reg Byron, and furry grandpets who loved her dearly.
Mom was born in Margo, Saskatchewan and was a graduate of the Dauphin School of Nursing. Mom was an adventurer in her time. She worked at the University of Minnesota as a RN; attended the McConnell Airline School in Minneapolis and graduated as a Flight Attendant for Pan American Airlines. Upon marrying Dad she lived in the UK where their daughter Katherine was born. Pearl, Peter and Katherine also resided in Calgary before returning to Winnipeg.
Mom was proud of her profession as a Registered Nurse and was exceptional in her work and empathy for her patients. She loved her shopping trips to Minneapolis; her home in Westwood and working in her garden.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at 5N especially Albert for the care and compassion shown to Mom in her last days.
