Sincere condolences go to Peters family and friends. I worked with Peter at NFI for many years. Peter was a good worker and a friend to all. Peter loved his place at his cottage and the peace it provided. Although gone he will always be remembered. Take care and be safe, Tony Zienkiewicz UNIFOR - Local 3003 - Posted by: Tony Zienkiewicz (friend and co-worker, union steward) on: Feb 19, 2021

I first met Pete in 1992 when I started working at NewFlyer Industries. I worked with Pete & his son Andy right up to his retirement. No matter what kind of a day Pete was having he always gave a smile then would swear I'm Polish which would make us all laugh. I'm honored that I was able to meet and work with him for many years and it's not too often that you can say someone touched your heart but Pete had a way of doing it. My condolences go out to Pete's family for they have lost a great one but will always have his memories. Rest in peace my friend.🙏 - Posted by: Tom Carman (Co-worker ) on: Feb 18, 2021

I am going to miss my meetings with Peter and Kuba at the mail box! I so admired Peter's meticulous efforts in the Autumn when the leaves were falling, he never let them rest on his lawn. The blower was put to work as it was in winter to get every snowflake off the drive. Good memories. I sincerely will miss Peter. I am so sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Heather M.
