BARBARA ALICE TAYLOR
February 11, 1939 - February 24, 2021

There are no words to express the loss we feel with the passing of Barb on February 24, 2021.
Barb was predeceased by her husband Ray on March 9, 2019, and her furry friend Truman. Left to mourn her passing are her sister Carol, and her two nephews, Lindsay and Scott.
Honouring her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
We would like to thank the doctors and nurses on 4th floor B Unit for all their care given to Barb during her stay.
Flowers gratefully declined. If you wish, please make a donation in Barb's memory to a charity of your choice.

Rest in Peace Barb.
You may be gone, but will not be forgotten.

Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Carol I’m glad we got the opportunity to speak this week. Barb and Ray were friends of our family for 46 years. They stood up for us when we got married. Our family has been sharing lots a happy memories this week. Her and I talked on her birthday and had a few laughs that day. That will be my last memory and it is a happy one. You will be missed my friend ❤️ - Posted by: Jeanette Kortzman (Friend) on: Mar 06, 2021

  • Although we had lost contact with each other over the years, I have many fond memories of wonderful times Jim and I have spent with Barb and Ray in years gone by. I had not been aware of Ray’s passing a couple of years ago. My deepest sympathy to you and your boys, Carol. - Posted by: Doreen Bullen (Friend) on: Feb 28, 2021

  • Dear Carol, I feel so badly that Barbara has left us. We shared many laughs and good times. We became friends when we were in grade 5. She was one day older than me and she was never allowed to forget it. Barbara was a delightful friend and I shall miss her. May she rest in peace. • Our deepest condolences to Carol and family on the loss of your sister. Barb was a very loving person and I enjoyed her friendship. She is reunited with Ray and Truman and some of the Golden Girls. Party on. Guess we won’t have anymore Harvey Wallbanger cakes.
