PATRICIA ALICE SAWH
(nee SCOTT)
December 13, 1937 - March 2, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia (Pat), loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, who peacefully passed away at the age of 83 years.
Mom is survived by her children, Sebastian, Estelle (Darryl), Mendel, Angela (Dave); grandchildren, Rebecca (Drew), Hannah and Molly; and great-grandchildren, Xander, Lyncoln, Ronin and Bodhi. She also leaves to mourn sisters, Iris Brownson and Carole Scott; brother-in-law Baloobeer Sawh (Edna); sisters-in-law, Rukhmin Ramrattan, Mahadai Sawh and Sheila Doodnauth-Sawh, as well as many extended family members and friends, both near and far. Mom was predeceased by her loving husband, Chandrabeer (Paul) in 2000; parents, Theresa and Anthony Scott; sisters, Terry Pariseau, Alice Scott, Yvonne Katz; and brothers, Robert, James, and David Scott.
The family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses of Intensive Care Unit 8 at the Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary, AB for their care and compassion during Mom's final days.
As per Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place at Simply Cremations and Funeral Services, Calgary, AB. This obituary may also be viewed at www.simplycremations.ca. A funeral service will not be held. A Celebration of Life will follow in Winnipeg, MB at a later date, when we can safely gather to celebrate her memory together.
Mom's light will forever shine on through all of us. She was a gentle soul, full of strength and calmness who embraced all who knew her with peace and love. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
