Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBREEMERSCH: Paulette Marie (nee Beaudry) passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2021 at Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 78. Paulette was born November 21, 1942 at Gimili, Manitoba. She moved with her family to the Grove district near Deloraine in 1945 where she started school, finishing in Deloraine. After school she enrolled at Wheat City Secretarial School in Brandon. In 1961 she started working with Monarch Life and was employed until 1965. She then moved to Montreal and worked as a secretary for CIL for six months. When Paulette returned to Manitoba she worked with Monarch Life in Winnipeg until her marriage to George Breemersch on November 9, 1968. They resided on the family farm until 1999 when they moved to the Town of Deloraine. Paulette was very busy on the farm, always baking, gardening, canning, milking cows and in her free time and often well into the morning hours, crocheting, quilting and sewing. Many of her nieces and nephews were recipients of her beautiful handiwork. Paulette was a 4H Leader and Head 4H Leader for many years. Once the children were grown Paulette started working off the farm with her brother Paul at Town & Country. After their move to town she enjoyed eight years of working at the Bargain Shop. Mom was a very talented seamstress sewing for many. "If she couldn't fix it no one could!" For many years Paulette enjoyed being involved in the local fairs both as a member of the fair board as well as entering her creations for competition. Paulette was not one to sit still so she became a member of the Deloraine Legion Ladies Auxillary where she became treasurer. She enjoyed building puzzles, playing crib, donuts, and scrabble with friends and at the Centre as well as volunteering with the Meals on Wheels. She especially enjoyed her trips to the casino and her getaways with her sisters and friends. We always joked about her fondness for chickens and her bowling trophies. Paulette will be missed by her husband George, children Monique (Owen), Tanis, Eric, Murray (Lorna-Lee), Ryan and grandchildren Avery, Merrick, Hunter, Hillary, TJ, Emma-Lee and Kara-Lee. Paulette was predeceased by her grandson Ronan Breemersch, parents Leo and Elizabeth Beaudry, parents-in-law Gustaff and Eveline Breemersch, Sister Irene Breemersch, and in-laws Julian Breemersch, Fred Gervais, Roger Goethals, Andrew Sunaert, Roger Breemersch, Georgette and Albert Vanbeselaere, Gaston Breemersch, Maurice Breemersch and John Snyder. Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Paulette may be made to the Legion Ladies Auxillary, Box 639, Deloraine, Manitoba, R0M 0M0
