The family would also like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Rafikov of the Grace Hospital for his dedication and compassion while treating Diane in her time of need.
Flowers are gratefully declined.
The family asks that donations in Diane's memory go to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
As per her wishes, burial services will be private for the immediate family.

My most sincere condolences on your loss of Diane. She was a very private person, but I got to know here when she moved to Columbus House. Hazel Hoplock - Posted by: Hazel Hoplock (Friend) on: Apr 03, 2021
