Condolences & Memories (5 entries)
Andrea was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and I met her there after joining her Chapter. When I think of Andrea, I remember her for her humor. She was amazing at remembering and telling jokes. She could keep our Chapter members laughing for hours. All her sorority sisters are saddened to hear of her passing and send their condolences to her family. - Posted by: v. I was a childhood friend of Andrea's older sister Annette, but got to know Andrea as well as she was my age. I was a bridesmaid at Annette's wedding. Annette and I drifted apart when my son was born and also because she had moved to BC. That was before the days of Facebook and the internet. I tried to contact her a few years ago, only to find out sadly she had passed away. I also tried to contact Andrea through facebook and was unable to connect with her. I have thought of the family often. Leslie you were younger, and may not remember me, but, I am sending my deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of not only Andrea but for Annnette and your parents as well. I have thought of them all over the years. I am just sorry I was not able to get in touch with Annette or Andrea before they passed away. Again, my deepest sympathy. - Posted by: Linda Homenick (nee Dagdick) (family friend in younger years.) on: Apr 10, 2021
I met Andrea in 2009 at work. What a wonderful person! She had a great sense of humour and we got along immediately! It didn’t matter that I was 20 years younger because she was so much fun and so full of life! I missed her once she retired, but still got to see and hug her when she’d pop into the office. She was a really great lady and I’m truly saddened by her passing. Condolences to her family - she spoke of you all often and loved you dearly!! I knew Andrea from working in the Insurance industry throughout the years and am saddened by her passing. My deepest condolences to her family - Posted by: Gail Hill (friend) on: Apr 06, 2021
I got to know Andrea through our "hair whisperer" Krista! Andrea was a class act and truly had a zest for life and one heck of a great sense of humour which clearly saw her through the rough patches of life. I am so glad our paths crossed and I will miss her. May she rest in peace. - Posted by: Lesley Antonsen (Friend) on: Apr 06, 2021
