  • Norm & Family... I just heard the devastating news that Florence (Flo) has passed on. So terribly sorry for your significant loss. I will always remember Florence with a huge smile and lots of laughs! What a great friend she was! Too many curling giggles to mention here but always know that her smile and easy going nature will forever be remembered. May she now rest in peace and love. • Norm, we are so sorry to hear the sad news in the loss of your wife. Although we never met Florence, we met you often at the pickleball courts. We send our deepest condolences to you and your family. Chris and Dave Henry - Posted by: Chris and Dave Henry (Friends) on: Apr 18, 2021

  • I worked with Florence for many years at HSC. She was the one who kept our clinic running at its optimal. There were 4 of us who were born in 1954 and Florence always reminded me that I led the pack on who aged first. She had a great sense of humour. She was a fighter until the end. God Speed Florence. You will be missed. - Posted by: Dianne Kennedy (Friend) on: Apr 17, 2021

  • I remember Florence while I was working at HSC. A kind, gentle soul. A wonderful livestream service. - Posted by: Edna Edwards (friend from HSC(retired from payroll(1982-2007)) on: Apr 17, 2021

  • Florence will be remembered always as a kind, gentle and generous spirit whose love for others. This beautiful soul in both her and Norman were evident from the first day our families met in the early years of Kamina’s daycare on Nicollet Ave. Norman, Krista and Jonathan, may you find strength and comfort remembering the beauty and happiness she brought to life! There are many friends and well wishers thinking and praying for your family as you get through this difficult time together. - Posted by: Nigel Mohammed (Family friend ) on: Apr 17, 2021

  • I am saddened to hear that Florence's fight has ended. She was such a hero to me for all she went through to live a life of love and kindness. I was part of a group of ladies at Health Sciences Centre that would meet daily for coffee or lunch... it was such a nice time! We laughed a lot! To her family - know she was so proud of you all and she would share many stories about you all! My last meeting with her was two years ago at Gull Lake association social and it was so great seeing her so happy! God bless her and keep her happy in heaven!❤️🙏🏻 - Posted by: Charlene van Schijndel (Friend from HSC coffee buddy) on: Apr 14, 2021
