Peacefully, with family at her side, our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Margaret Reimer, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on April 18, 2021.
Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her children: Katie and Ray Dirks (Lauren and Scott Thomas, Alexa Dirks and Seth Woodyard), Esther Hamm (Amber-Lee and Jon Boville, Jacquelyn and Kyle Brown and Kelly Hamm), Joanne Enns (Thomas Enns, Samara and Eddie Mukasa), Ruth Reimer and Ron Pluchinski (Graham Pluchinski), Leona and Andrew DeFehr (Julia, Grace and Evan DeFehr); her great-grandchildren; her siblings: Jake Froese, Katie Bock, Anne Ott, Alice Macdonald, Mary Johnston, Hans Froese, Alvira Friesen (predeceased), Willy Froese and their families.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg - by invite only. To view the livestream of the service:
Viewing prior to the service is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and is by appointment only. Please call Friends Funeral Service at 204-339-5555 to schedule a viewing time.
Our family would like to thank the staff at Donwood Manor Personal Care Home for their loving care of our mother.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mennonite Central Committee.
