DOLORES DUPAS
(nee DUREAULT)
January 11, 1941 - May 3, 2021

Our beloved Dolores peacefully died at Victoria Hospital on Monday, May 3, 2021.
Dolores also known by her nickname "Dolly" was a gregarious person. She was jovial and full of life. Everywhere she promulgated happiness and enthusiasm. Her constant smile was very contagious. During the best of 55 years, she manifested her love for her husband, children, parents, brothers and sisters.
Dolores attended Precious Blood Elementary School and Norwood Collegiate. Once she graduated from high school, she enrolled at St. Boniface Hospital to become an R.N. Without hesitation, she left her successful career to take care of her children. Once the three children were old enough, she returned to her career until retirement. As a nurse, she had the gift to offer comfort to her patients.
Dolores was predeceased by her father Armand and her mother Floria (nee Désilets); two brothers, Martial (Eleanore) and Gilles; two sisters, Annette (Edward) and Phyllis (Maurice). She leaves to mourn her husband Emile; three children, Suzanne (Jean), Richard (Julie) and Marcel (Geneviève); and six grandchildren, Eve and Julien (Suzanne), Jérémy, Gabrielle (Richard), and Lili and Maelle (Marcel).
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service was held. A celebration of Dolores' life will be held when restrictions permit.
Our most sincere gratitude to the nursing staff on the fifth floor North at Victoria Hospital.
If you wish to recognize her life, please consider a charitable donation to the CancerCare Foundation.
