PATRICK STEPHEN COUTTS
May 12, 1953 - May 1, 2021
Pat was the third child of Betty and Reg Coutts and beloved brother of Penny, Tim, Barb (Sailor), Cindy and John.
He left our home in St. Vital in the 1970s and settled in Victoria, BC. Although he struggled with mental illness (schizophrenia) and addiction from a young age, his mind was full of trivia. He was a very kind and intelligent man.
Thank you to the Victoria and Winnipeg Police Service and his niece Cameo who will fulfill Patrick's wishes to be set free in the Pacific.
A private family memorial will hopefully be held this summer at Grand Beach.

I am sorry to have just learned the sad news of Patrick’s passing. I remembered him to be a kind man, and always considered him to be a friend. He was a heck of a good Euchre player. I met him again a few years back on the streets of Victoria, and had a bit of a catch up. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Our family lived down the lane and us kids all played together. Me and Pat used to hang out before we each found our separate ways out west. I'm sorry to hear of his struggles and hope he's at peace now. My condolences to the Coutts family. - Posted by: Leslie Johnson (Friend) on: May 09, 2021
