ILSE ANNA MITCHELL
August 22, 1927 - May 7, 2021
She was predeceased by her son Reinhard Haiber and stepson John Mitchell (Mae). She will be greatly missed by her husband John (Jack) Mitchell; stepchildren, Diana (Brad), Jim (Nancy) and Karen (Bruce), as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Isle owned the women's clothing store Capune in Ottawa, Ontario for many years. She travelled to Germany on numerous buying trips for her clients and to visit family. She was an active member of Quota Club International, service organization for 45 years and served as the international president for the 1993 to 1994 year.
Jack and Ilse made the move to Winnipeg to be closer to family in 2019.
