Dan has left to mourn his four siblings, Angela, David (Diana), Duane (Cheryl), Teresa (Craig), and his nieces and nephews, Mandy, Brittany, Brianna, Anthony, Chris, Lyvia and Carmella, as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
Goodbyes Hurt the most,

I'm so sorry to hear about Dan. I have some great memories of working alongside Dan back in the P&H food days. He definitively personified the "tough exterior, heart of gold" trait that made him special. Working with Dan at a young age, I was very impressed with his tough approach to carry my weight on the line. It was never out of meanness or frustration, he genuinely wanted to improve and develop to make the job easier on my mind and body. Outside of work at get togethers, he always watched out for me, making sure I had a way to get home safe. Whenever I would thank him, he would always say something like "never mind, I just want a greasy spot on the road on my conscience." He was all heart, but would never admit it. I will miss you Danny. I will always cherish our get togethers of laughing and singing. You were such a good hearted person and even though you are not here physically you will always be in my heart. My condolences to your family. When we worked together (P&H Foods), he spoke very highly of his family. Hearing of Dan's passing has brought back many memories of when we worked together and fought along-side of one another through our affiliation with the union. I will always remember our early Saturday morning fishing trips to Lockport.... nothing like battling the cats. Danny will be missed not only as a brother but as someone I have never seen upset and was always the life of the party. I miss you Dan and we will meet again someday soon.
