• UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT LEARN OF FRED PASSING UNTIL FEB 24TH, 2023. I DEALT WITH FRED ON A REGULAR BASIS BETWEEN 1993 TO 2008. I ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO OUR CONVERSATIONS. FRED'S SENSE OF HUMOUR WAS ONE OF HIS BEST ATTRIBUTES. I DID MANAGE TO VISIT HIM AT ADM ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS AFTER I RETIRED IN 2008. MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY ON HIS PASSING. • Claire, Words cannot express how very sorry I am, and cannot imagine what you are going through. Fred was such a great guy!!! He was so full of life and happiness and I really enjoyed his company. We had several great times at work and most of all fishing. You know that he didn't have to always catch the biggest fish to have a great time. I am grateful for the memories…just not enough of them.
