HILDE HUBER

Peacefully on May 12, 2021, Hilde passed away at the age of 90.
She is survived by son-in-law Norbert (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Kris, Kelsey (Kara), Karly; and her great-grandchildren, Connor and Anna. She was predeceased by her husband Henry and her daughter Linda.
Hilde's neighbours, many friends, and family meant everything to her. She was always baking and cooking for them and sending them home with extra. In her earlier years she enjoyed spending time at the cabin in Lac du Bonnet and gardening both at the cabin and in her own backyard. She liked sewing and was so good she became everyone's tailor. She was often hosting large groups of friends with the attitude of the more the merrier. In her more recent years she was devoted to her beloved husband and spent endless days at his bedside prior to his passing. She also did the very same for her dear daughter years before. She was always taking care of others, whether it be friends, family, or even nearby animals. She kept in touch with her relatives in Germany and often got together with her "kaffeeklatsch" group of longtime girlfriends. She still loved entertaining and having the great-grandchildren and extended family over as much as possible. She was loving, caring, strong, determined, and a real social butterfly. She truly was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by those she left behind. She genuinely valued her friendships and would want to thank all her friends for their love and support throughout the years.
