STOUFFER: Joyce Elaine (nee Davis), formerly of Brandon Lions Manor and Virden Sherwood Care Home, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Joyce was born November 21, 1940 in Souris and grew up in Beresford, Manitoba, attending school in Beresford and Souris and curling with her dad. She was raised partially by her grandparents as her mother was ill with TB for 6 years. Joyce worked at the TD Bank until her first child was born, she then stayed home to raise her children, later returning to work as a night auditor for 20 years until her retirement. Joyce enjoyed hockey, particularly the Brandon Wheat Kings, curling, and of course spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandson. Joyce will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Diana (Wayne); daughter-in-law Maria; grandchildren Matthew (Chantelle), Jeffrey, Emily (Scott), Noah, Logan, Rheagan (Caleb) and Alyssa; great grandson Maximus; sister-in-law Alice, brother-in-law Lew (Nita) and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jim, infant daughter Rhonda Lee, son Robert James, parents Vicki and Raymond Davis, brothers-in-law Don (Muriel), Lloyd and Bob, and sister-in-law Phyllis (Charlie). A private family graveside service took place at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Joyce may be made to Westman Dreams for Kids Foundation, 404-18th Street North, Brandon, MB R7A 7P3.
