Condolences & Memories (25 entries)

  • I too worked with Gregg several years ago at Access Transcona. Saddened to hear of his passing. As others have mentioned he was genuine, calm, the voice of reason and amazing with his clients. Gregg was personable and a natural in his field, which is why he was so respected, trusted and an amazing asset to his clients and staff who had the pleasure of working with him. He took the time to share stories of Tara, the boys and their passions and also took interest in the life’s of others. May the memories you share give you strength and peace in your heart on the days ahead. My thoughts are with you! - Posted by: Roxann (Previous Coworker) on: Jul 05, 2021

  • Greg was CC for my wife for a while until she began the cycle of home to hospital stays and home again. Her case was transferred to a different entity and we lost him as our CC. No one else in its entirety at WRHA was as talented and caring and helpful as he was! He was the best. I am 75 years old and can say with certainty there are too few people of his caliber in this world. Rest in peace my friend. - Posted by: Paul Lemay (My case coordinator) on: Jul 05, 2021

  • I worked with Gregg for many years at Access Transcona and could always count on him if I had a question about Home Care or wanted to discuss the client's we both worked with (I work in Primary Care). I also heard many good things about him from the clients and families he was involved with. We attended the same church for many years and I remember the day his youngest son Jack was baptized. Gregg was always proud of his family. My deepest condolescences to his wife and children. May you rest in peace Gregg. - Posted by: Jeff Korchoski (co-woker) on: Jun 21, 2021

  • What a wonderful Human being Greg was! We are deeply saddened with this very sad news of his passing. Greg worked with me at Richardson Greenshields and then at JKL and could always be counted on to provide calm and positive input into what ever he was involved with. He certainly made the working environment he worked in a pleasant one. Thank God we had the pleasure of knowing him. May he Rest in Peace. - Posted by: David and Janet Robart-Morgan (Friend) on: Jun 17, 2021

  • Shocked, heartbroken and still in disbelief. Gregg and I met many years ago while coaching baseball together and remained close friends ever since. He helped me through some tough times and was always there to listen and give advice without judgement. He was truly one of the good ones. Tara, Tyler, Jordan and Jack, we offer our sincere condolences. You were his pride and joy and what he liked to talk about the most. I cannot express how proud he was of all your accomplishments. He will be greatly missed but please know he will always be watching over you. Rest in peace my friend. - Posted by: Dave, Renee, Braxton and Daegen Morcom (Friend) on: Jun 16, 2021

  • I worked alongside Gregg in Home Care at Access Transcona. Gregg always put his clients needs first. He had a very caring and compassionate way about him. He was always respectful of his colleagues and client's. On the most difficult and challenging days he always found a reason to smile and offer to help others. He was a real family man and was so proud of Tara and his three boys. He was always excited to share his boys accomplishments. My heart is broken for his family. Sending prayers and blessings to you at this sad time. Naomi - Posted by: Naomi (Coworker ) on: Jun 13, 2021
