JAY (VICTOR) JEET BRAR
February 12, 1953 - June 4, 2021

The time has come to say "Good Bye" with sadness and sorrow and tears in our eyes. Soar high my dear Friend, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Spouse and world traveller. You made us laugh, you made us smile, you made us crazy, but most of all, "You mattered."
You were a Boiler Engineer, performed martial arts at Folklorama, played guitar and recently learned to professionally fly a drone. Your big heart loved long to those you cared about most and they knew. Thank you for your last kind words, since who knew those would be the last you would send. Soar high, be proud, your time on earth has passed but the Glory of Heavens Gates await. Love from your extended family

Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Hi, I am truly sorry for your loss, please accept my condolences, I knew Jeet since 1989+-, back then he used to work for Winnipeg Free Press. I am shocked to find out about his passing through internet, I called him a few months ago and there was no answer. He always kept in touch with me and we used to talk on the phone on the regular basis. I would like someone get in touch with me, as a friend I would like to know what happened to him. I used to live in Winnipeg many many years ago and I knew Jeet for very long times, and always met him whenever I was in Winnipeg. Please accept my deepest and sincere condolences. • I am the security guard at 411 Cumberland. Me and Jeet got to know each other because he always used to come to my office and talk and he used to tell me good jokes, he was a very nice person and also I used to dance in Folklorama so he would tell me about what he did in Folklorama and how he enjoyed doing his martial arts. I will miss his jokes and stories, my condolences to his family. - Posted by: Frefy (Friend) on: Jun 25, 2021
