Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

  • My condolences to the family. I called on Tom when I was selling PVC window profiles. He invited me to attend a Promise Keepers event that was happening at Calvary Temple and I went. Afterwards, he spent time speaking to me. I sensed his great love for GOD. I did not miss another Promise Keepers event until COVID. I thank Tom for the invitation. - Posted by: Gordon Seier (Friend) on: Jul 05, 2021

  • I thank God for bringing my brother in Christ, Tom into my life! I met Tom at Calvary Temple at both Sunday service and Thursday nights men's teaching group. Tom is a godly man who walks in Christ and Christ walks in him. Tom has been a great influence to me and to those who know Tom. During the men's group meeting on Thursdays you could hear Tom asking the men "are you reading your Bible?" For Tom knew that you: 1) READ THE WORD...2) ACCEPT THE WORD...3) WALK IN THE WORD... For you Tom have ran the race and have WON! WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT! VICTORY IN JESUS! TO GOD BE THE GLORY. For Tom is in the presence of the LORD GOD MOST HIGH!! PSALM 23 Your brother in Christ.......Dave Povey - Posted by: dave povey (Friend) on: Jun 18, 2021

  • Tom was an example of a true man of God. We taught Sunday school in the same department and I found him to be someone who loved Jesus with his whole heart. Now he is in his presence forever. His family is truly blessed to have had him for many years. My condolences to his family but we grieve not as those who have no hope. - Posted by: Eileen struss (Fellow Sunday school teacher) on: Jun 15, 2021
