RICHARD LEASK
On June 17, 2021, he left us battling his illness with dignity. He always showed strength and courage with the challenges he faced.
Survived by his children, Kera Prymak (Don), Nori Leask (Jean, Brielle, Janais), and John Leask, and his sister Lee Pachkowski.
Our father had a passion for golf, thought the world of his friends and loved his time around the fire listening to music with family.
He always believed in us while teaching by example the value of good work ethic and generosity.
We miss you Dad!

I remember working with Richard at Manitoba Hydro. He was a great guy. I remember him coming back from a doctor's appointment. I asked if it went well and he said with a straight face "Well the doctor says I can still buy green bananas so I guess it is all good". Another time he came back from lunch when we were in the new Portage Avenue building and he told the young guys (In their early 20s) that he had gone to the Bay to find a camouflaged shirt but no matter how hard he looked he could not find one. A couple of the guys took a minute to figure it out that Richard was pulling their leg. - Posted by: Shawn Axelrod (Co-Worker) on: Jun 22, 2021
