RICKY (RICK) GEORGE LARIVIERE
May 4, 1950 - June 22, 2021

The family is very saddened to announce Rick's passing after a lengthy stay at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre.
Left to mourn are his wife Anita, mother Anne, sister Karen, all of Winnipeg, brother Danny (Pat), of Stoney Mountain, brother Michael (Rhonda) of Saskatoon, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Rick will be deeply missed by all who loved him, but his suffering has ended and his spirit is now being guided by his Lord and Savior Jesus.

Rest peacefully.

A memorial service for Rick will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Health Sciences Centre for the care they gave our family member, and for allowing us to have Zoom and FaceTime calls with Rick over these last few weeks. Those calls meant so much to us.

  • So very sorry to have learned of Rick's passing. Anita, his wife and my sister, is presently in hospital and was unable to see him, which is making closure for her more difficult. Rick was a compassionate man, and was more than generous with his time and helpfulness to our Jim K. We are so grateful for having known Rick. He made a positive difference in many people’s lives.
