NORBERT DEURBROUCK
September 15, 1940 - June 16, 2021
Norbert passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Concordia Nursing Home.
Left to mourn his loss are his wife Alma (nee Berard); his children, Lise (Julien) Brais, Albert Deurbrouck, Leo Deurbrouck, and Doris (Ron) Boos; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Edward Deurbrouck, Mary Anne Solinski, Anette (Albert) Debacker, Daniel (Barb) Deurbrouck and many nieces and nephews. Norbert is preceded in death by his parents, Adolphe and Antoinette Deurbrouck; his son Gilbert Deurbrouck, daughter-in-law Sharen Deurbrouck and great-grandchild Isabelle Berard.
Norbert worked at the Municipal Hospitals, now known as Riverview for 29 years. He enjoyed taxidermy and crafting fishing lures and rods as a hobby.
Norbert will be remembered for his willingness to help others and his love of fishing.

Elma & Family My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Although I did not really know Norbert as I only met him a couple of times when I was delivering eggs to the building when you weren't able to come down for them I still was able to chat with him for a few minutes.
