Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Losing a loved one is never easy...especially with the state of the world today! This man was a force, a myth and a legend with a side of sass for anyone who needed it. He was a straight shooter and said what was on his mind whether we would like it or not. He lived his life on his own terms with his own rules. There will be a giant hole in all of our hearts for a very long time while we try to accept the loss of a father, to his kids, a brother to his siblings and grandfather to his grand kids, an uncle to his niece & nephews & a friend to many. The loss of a parent is a great burden to the heart and mind of the children he leaves behind. We must remember we are his legacy and our job is to never forget him and let his memory live on with his stories we share with his friends & family for years to come. I was not ready to say good bye to my father as we had lots of memories we still needed to make together! <3 We are not sure how to move on with out you in our lives as it is painful & cruel. Thinking of you always dear daddy, please watch over all of us like you did when you were here. I hope you are riding your Harley in Heaven! - Posted by: Marsha (Daughter) on: Jun 26, 2021

  • Alan, we are so sad to hear of your passing, mom was looking forward to having a beer together and catching up but I guess now you will be joining dad again for your daily walks in the mall and breakfasts at the 'Big K'. You will be sorely missed. - Posted by: Michelle Sweeney (Daughter of Alan's BFF (Terry Sweeney)) on: Jun 26, 2021
