GAIL CONSTANCE (THOMAS) KIDD
1939 - 2021

Our beloved mother, Gail Kidd, passed away peacefully in Calgary, AB on June 27, 2021, after many years battling lung disease.
Gail was born and raised in Winnipeg by Evelyn and Ernie Graham. She raised her children with husband Bill in Manitoba, enjoyed many outdoor activities from camping and waterskiing to snowmobiling and rink sports. Mom was always very involved with passion and enthusiasm, whether it was in her personal life or professional career. Gail was very accomplished raising a loving family as well as working in a number of large corporations from bookkeeping to sales along with owning and operating a number of her own large businesses. Gail moved to Calgary nearing the end of her career to be closer to her sons, once retiring she wasn't quite ready for that so she became very active on a few boards in a number of capacities.
Gail will be greatly missed by her children, Darren Kidd (Jancy), Kim Brooks, Sean Kidd (Jamie), Shelley Wazney (Bernie), along with her cherished grandchildren, Clayton, Logan, Chelsea, Matthew and Kyle. Gail came from a large family that spread out across the country from Winnipeg, Larry, Rodney, Marlene, Caroline, Gary and sister-in-law Ev, along with their spouses and many nieces and nephews.
As we all know Mom, she was still extremely sharp usually leaving many of us behind searching our hard drives for many of our own lost memories right to her last minutes, doing it her way to the end. Loving memories forever Mom.
