Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

  • I remember vividly when, one day, Dr Alvin Shinoff came home from work with a pile of papers which he placed on the kitchen counter. His wife, Shirley, asked him about the papers. He told her that they were a list of some of his patients with the amount they owed him for his services. She asked him what he planned to do with them. He replied firmly, and with a generous heart, he decided to forgive their debts because they were too poor to pay him for their dental work. There is no greater gift to give than to be a light in someone else's life. God Bless Alvin, Shirley, Lori and Danny. Most sincerely and with fond memories, Sheila. - Posted by: Sheila King (Teacher) on: Jul 13, 2025
