In memory
of our father.
Every time I pass a golden field of wheat, I think of you.
Every time I smell a Lilac bush in bloom, I think of you.
Every time I see a farmer perched high atop his combine,
Or breathe that heavenly scent of fresh mown hay in summertime,
Or spy the magenta beauty of red clover fields at blossom time,
I think of you.
Lovingly missed and remembered by daughter Margaret.
