MARIANNE HELEN SHEWCHUK

September 19, 1951 – July 31, 2021

It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Marianne Shewchuk on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at the Grace Hospital, at the age of 69 years.
Marianne will be lovingly remembered by her son Lindsay, daughter Justa; grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Erik and Julia; brothers, Robert (Dian), Herb; sister Lydia (John) Lawson; nephews, Jade and Justin (Camie); niece Amber (Ken), as well as numerous relatives and friends
Mom was born and raised in Winnipeg and worked for Credit Union Central for 43 years. She was a member of the St. Vital Curling Club, enjoyed walks in St. Vital Park, spending time with her grandkids and day trips to Winnipeg Beach. She also loved spending time with her cats, Jynjye and Pyper.
In keeping with Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and due to restrictions on public gatherings a private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Marianne may be made to a charity of one's choice.

As Mom always said,
'Love you to the moon and back.'
