  • So sorry for your loss Sheila and family. I spent many years working with and knowing Bruce. He was professional at work and a caring friend. I felt special to be included in his coffee shop invites after our retirement. He will be missed. - Posted by: Jim Pusiewich (Friend) on: Aug 09, 2021

  • Sheila and family, I am very sorry for your loss. My thoughts go out to all of you. Bruce and family always welcomed me like a family member and I cherish the great years we spent together in VG! I think of Kris and you all regularly and always reminisce about the spaghetti dinners, sleepovers and tennis tournaments. Stairway to heaven and the Thorvaldsons go hand in hand for me. Take care of each other. Tod - Posted by: tod clark (Family friend ) on: Aug 07, 2021

  • Our hearts go out to you Sheila, Darren, Darryl and Shannon. Losing a loved one hurts. Please take comfort in knowing that Bruce is with loved ones that have already past, and I have no doubt that Kris was 1st in line (with Kola) to welcome him home. I have many fond memory's of Bruce; from your wedding day to each of the births of your children, grandkids and everything else in between. My dad always looked forward to getting a phone call from Bruce on his birthday each year. (Dad was always pleased and surprised that he remembered).💙 Bruce will be sadly missed and loved by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. With our deepest sympathy. Love Linda, John & Steve (Kufflick) - Posted by: Linda Kufflick (Long time friends.) on: Aug 07, 2021

  • I met Bruce in the early 80s at the Manitoba Government Air Services. We were an unlikely friendship, I a beer drinker and Bruce who I don't think I ever saw take a drink. Over the years we shared many Life Stories. We both liked old cars, Bruce at one time owned a red 1970 Nova two door. Later in life we became C brothers and were able to comfort one another. Our trips to Luigi's for breakfast was special. Bruce was a good man but more importantly a nice guy. He made my life better. For everything you did for me Bruce, I thank you. Goodbye my friend, I miss you. - Posted by: Tim Salisbury (Good Friend) on: Aug 07, 2021
