Condolences & Memories (10 entries)

  • Dear Doris and family, I wish to express my sympathies to you all as you grieve your husband/father and all the titles that went along with that. I was sorry to hear that he was not well. My parents told me about you and how you called on them to share bible truths. You both have touched many lives, probably more than you know. Thinking of you all, lots of Love Iluska - Posted by: ILuska (Hidvegi) Bordt (Friend) on: Aug 30, 2021

  • Dear Doris, my condolences, not long now and the resurrections will take place when the last ones will be first. I have not made that relish you both like so much, for a few years now. You are in my thoughts often, with eyes of Faith we are already in the system. May the peace of Our God Jehovah comfort you at this time. • Doris, Michael, Melanie and extended family, You are in our thoughts and prayers as you cope with the loss of your dear husband, father and grandfather. Orest and your whole family is very precious in my heart and memories since you gave the Palmer family the best gift available -- the opportunity to have a relationship with our amazing Creator, Jehovah God, and a secure hope for the future when we will be able to welcome Orest back to life along with my parents, Paul and Carol. Studying the Bible with our family was a labour of love and added more spiritual children to your large family. I always loved seeing my dad and Orest talk and laugh and the twinkle in Orest's eye was always there with a happy smile as he shared stories. We hope your many happy memories bring you comfort at this time, until you can see his wonderful smile again in the very near future. Lots of love and hugs on behalf of myself & my siblings: Keith, Brian and Janice. - Posted by: Karen (Palmer) Miller (Family friend) on: Aug 29, 2021

  • Dear Doris, Melanie, Michael and families, I was very sad to learn about Orest passing away. Please accept my deepest condolences. I have fond memories seeing Orest, one of my spiritual brothers, as we both worked in the same CPR building back in the 1980s. May Jehovah bring you comfort during this sad time, as we await that perfect new world when sadness and death will no longer exist. Sincerely, Cindy LoPresti - Posted by: Cindy LoPresti (Friend) on: Aug 29, 2021

  • Hi Doris; It has been quite some time when we have spoke when I was working with Orest at 150 Henry Ave. He was my superior. He was not shy when asked if what Walter wanted to do was okay with him. He was very caring and one of the hardest workers you would ever want to meet. He also shared his publications with me; Jehovah was his Lord and Master. I too work for Jehovah as a Deacon Minister. I now pray to our Father that you Doris and your family experience His peace and solitude during your time of mourning. He is now in the arms of Jehovah. Love and sincere best wishes Walter Noye, now residing in the greater Montreal area. - Posted by: walter noye (co worker canadian pacific) on: Aug 29, 2021

  • Doris, on behalf of the Krueger and Kukelko families I would like to extend our condolences over your loss. I have known known you since your marriage and it has been my view that Orest was one of the most kindest, loving and humble man I have ever met. The other thing that has always stood out is the love and bond you had for each other. If anyone wants to envision how a marriage should be they need need look no further than than the two of you. Your devotion to each other, your family and to Jehovah is an example for us all. Orest did my mothers funeral service which will always be remembered by me because of the high regard she held for the two of you. As you move forward remember the bond and life you shared because it was a special one. Deepest sympathy and regard…..Judy and Will Kukelko - Posted by: Will Kukelko (Family friend) on: Aug 28, 2021
